雪梨冬瓜杏仁汤
#雪梨有生津清热,润肺之功效,适合在天气干燥时饮用。
材料:雪梨 4个 ,蜜枣 4个 , 北杏 12粒 , 南杏 38g , 百合 38g , 冬瓜 600g , 瘦肉 225g 和 盐
做法:
1. 把雪梨洗干净后切件
2. 洗干净冬瓜后切厚件
3. 洗干净南杏,北杏,百合 和 蜜枣
4. 把瘦肉洗干净,飞水后再冲洗干净
5. 煲滚适量的水,放入所有材料(除了盐), 水滚后改慢火煲约一小时半,下盐调味。
就完成啦!!
Winter Melon Soup with Chinese Pears and Almonds

Ingredients: 4 chinese pears , 600g winter melon , 38g sweet almonds , 12 bitter almonds , 38g lily bulbs , 4 candied dates , 225g lean pork and salt
Method:
1.Rinse and quarter the pears
2.Rinse winter melon. Cut into thick chunks
3.Rinse almonds, lily bulbs and dates.
4.Rinse the pork. Scald briefly in boiling water. Then rinse again.
5.Boil some water in a soup pot. Put all the ingredients in ( except salt ). Bring to the boil then switch to low heat. Simmer for 1 and a half hours. Season with Salt.
